In deference to the Rubber Chicken Awards given by Wake Up America and Take Our Country Back, I decided maybe a “nice” award for the week should be instituted as well. Chocolate and Roses are symbols of luxury, love and care. So this is the first in the Chocolate Rose Awards and it goes to (for obvious reasons):
Those fighting the fires in California and doing such a superb job doing so.
Pray for them, their families, and all the victims who have suffered loss at the “hands” of this monster this week.
