Prevent Censorship!

The Media Resource Center and allied organizations are seeking endorsement of their petition to Congress in opposition to the the ‘Fairness Doctrine’ and similar censorship plans proposed to silence Conservative talk radio. Reid, Pelosi, Schumer & their ilk are eager to silence voices of reason & common sense such as Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity & Mark Levin.

Whether they act through direct legislation, FCC rules & regulations; the ‘Fairness Doctrine’ or ‘Local Advisory Councils’, they will move to censor Conservative voices unless we make it known to them that their careers will be severely impaired as a direct consequence of their support for censorship schemes.

I am signing this petition to urge members of Congress and government officials to reject any and all efforts to censor, limit, or restrain the right of conservatives to participate freely in the marketplace of ideas through the so-called “Fairness Doctrine” or other similar efforts.

Additionally, I am joining with other American citizens who want their individual Free Speech Rights defended and protected from government intrusion! Our great nation was built upon free and open discourse, and to remain a great nation this ideal must be protected and preserved at all costs.

Please note that I will be watching closely and taking action when necessary to directly combat the liberal bias of the media.

It won’t hurt to copy the text of the petition and paste it into an email to your Representative and Senators. You can send those three emails very easily at http://www.congress.org/congressorg/home/ .

Either we rise up and raise Hell now or in the next election cycle, the only loud voices heard will belong to the Socialists and their media allies; our side will be entirely silenced.

The Unfairness Doctrine does not have a monopoly on censorship. At the United Nations, the Organization of the Islamic Conference is attempting to ram through the latest version of their Combating Defamation of Religions Resolution. The proposed resolution, expected to come up for a vote between December 18 & 22, calls for national and international laws to censor criticism of Islam. Stop Sharia!!!

From J. Sekulow at ACLJ comes word that Egypt has submitted the annual Defamation of Religions resolution to a U.N. committee. Sekulow expects a vote to occur within a few weeks.

He reports that the ECLJ has been engaged in heavy lobbying this week, attempting to preserve our precious liberty. A recent blog post: U.N. Resolving to Silence Islamophobes explains why the resolution is absolutely intolerable. It also contains links to the draft resolution, ECLJ’s legal analysis of the resolution, and related blog posts & petitions.

ACLJ has a petition against the resolution. I am one of the 86,539 who have signed their petition. I urge you to join us in condemning Islam’s attempt to throw the net of their blasphemy law over our heads.

O11.10 [Dhimmitude: the treaty ‘protecting’ conquered Jews, Christians & Zoroastrians from further egregious predation.]

The agreement is also violated (A: with respect to the offender alone) if the state has stipulated that any of the following things break it, and one of the subjects does so anyway, though if the state has not stipulated that these break the agreement, then they do not; namely, if one of the subject people:

-1- commits adultery with a Muslim woman or marries her;

-2- conceals spies of hostile forces;

O8.7: Acts that Entail Leaving Islam

(O: Among the things that entail apostasy from Islam (may Allah protect us from them) are:

-1- to prostrate to an idol, whether sarcastically, out of mere contrariness, or in actual conviction, like that of someone who believes the Creator to be something that has originated in time. Like idols in this respect are the sun or moon, and like prostration is bowing to other than Allah, if one intends reverence towards it like the reverence due to Allah;

-2- to intend to commit unbelief, even if in the future. And like this intention is hesitating whether to do so or not: one thereby immediately commits unbelief;

-3- to speak words that imply unbelief such as “Allah is the third of three,” or “I am Allah”-unless one’s tongue has run away with one, or one is quoting another, or is one of the friends of Allah Most High (wali, def: w33) in a spiritually intoxicated state of total oblivion (A: friend of Allah or not, someone totally oblivious is as if insane, and is not held legally responsible (dis: k13.1(O:) ) ), for these latter do not entail unbelief;

-4- to revile Allah or His messenger (Allah bless him and give him peace);

-5- to deny the existence of Allah, His beginingless eternality, His endless eternality, or to deny any of His attributes which the consensus of Muslims ascribes to Him (dis: v1);

-6- to be sarcastic about Allah’s name, His command, His interdiction, His promise, or His threat;

-7- to deny any verse of the Koran or anything which by scholarly consensus (def: b7) belongs to it, or to add a verse that does belong to it;

-8- to mockingly say, “I don’t know what faith is”;

-9- to reply to someone who says, “There is no power or strength save through Allah”; “Your saying `There’s no power or strength, etc,’ won’t save you from hunger”;

-10- for a tyrant, after an oppressed person says, “This is through the decree of Allah,” to reply, “I act without the decree of Allah”;

-11- to say that a Muslim is an unbeliever (kafir) (dis: w47) in words that are uninterpretable as merely meaning he is an ingrate towards Allah for divinely given blessings (n: in Arabic, also “kafir”);

-12- when someone asks to be taught the Testification of Faith (Ar. Shahada, the words, “La ilaha ill Allahu Muhammadun rasulu Llah” (There is no god but Allah, Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah) ), and a Muslim refuses to teach him it;

-13- to describe a Muslim or someone who wants to become a Muslim in terms of unbelief (kufr);

-14- to deny the obligatory character of something which by the consensus of Muslims (ijma`, def: B7) is part of Islam, when it is well known as such, like the prayer (salat) or even one rak’a from one of the five obligatory prayers, if there is no excuse (def: u2.4);

-15- to hold that any of Allah’s messengers or prophets are liars, or to deny their being sent;

(n: `Ala’ al-din’ Abidin adds the following:

-16- to revile the religion of Islam;

-17- to believe that things in themselves or by their own nature have any causal influence independent of the will of Allah;

-18- to deny the existence of angels or jinn (def: w22), or the heavens;

-19- to be sarcastic about any ruling of the Sacred Law;

-20- or to deny that Allah intended the Prophet’s message (Allah bless him and give him peace) to be the religion followed by the entire world (dis: w4.3-4) (al-Hadiyya al-`Ala’iyya (y4), 423-24). )

There are others, for the subject is nearly limitless. May Allah Most High save us and all Muslims from it.)

Such non-Muslim subjects are obliged to comply with Islamic rules that pertain to the safety and indemnity of life, reputation, and property. In addition, they:

-1- are penalized for committing adultery or theft, thought not for drunkenness;

-2- are distinguished from Muslims in dress, wearing a wide cloth belt (zunnar);

-3- are not greeted with “as-Salamu ‘alaykum”;

-4- must keep to the side of the street;

-5- may not build higher than or as high as the Muslims’ buildings, though if they acquire a tall house, it is not razed;

-6- are forbidden to openly display wine or pork, (A: to ring church bells or display crosses,) recite the Torah or Evangel aloud, or make public display of their funerals and feastdays;

-7- and are forbidden to build new churches.

Yesterday’s attack by the Islamists, led by Pakistan, had the subtlety of a thin-bladed knife slipped silently under the ribs of the Human Rights Council. At first reading the amendment to the resolution to renew the mandate of the Special Rapporteur on Freedom of Expression might seem reasonable. It requires the Special Rapporteur:

“To report on instances in which the abuse of the right of freedom of expression constitutes an act of racial or religious discrimination …”

Exposing the evil doctrines & practices of Islam is not an act of discrimination, neither is Islam a race nor a religion. Islam is a war machine; an institution founded by a warmonger for the purpose of promoting and perpetuating war for his own personal emolument & empowerment.

Examine this thinly veiled threat from the Sri Lankan delegate.

“.. if we regulate certain things ‘minimally’ we may be able to prevent them from being enacted violently on the streets of our towns and cities.”

It is not Islam’s critics who stab, shoot, loot & burn, it is Muslims who perform those evil acts on any trumped up pretext.

Lets examine articles 19 & 20 of the OHCHR.

Article 19 General COMMENT on its implementation

1. Everyone sound have the right ton hold opinions without interference.

2. • “The least that the imam must do is that he allow no year to pass without having organised a military expedition by himself, or by his raiding parties, according to the Muslims’ interest, so that the jihad will only be stopped in a year for a (reasonable) excuse.” [Al-Shafi’i]

I now therefore exhort you to add your signature to the 428 already affixed to the Ban Islam Petition addressed to the World Court, the Congress Debate Koran (1088) Petition addressed to the Congress and the Outlaw Islam Petition.(35).

I further exhort you to add your signature to the 33 already affixed to the Withdraw from the U.N. Petition. With the UNHRC pursuing censorship and the Security Council contemplating meeting in secret and all hope of reform abandoned, there is no alternative.

What is a Muslim? What beliefs & actions attach to that status? Is ascribing those mandatory tenets & actions to Muslims an act of bigotry?

In Al-Taubah 71 we find certain characteristics ascribed to believers:

• support one another
• enjoin Islamic monotheism
• forbid disbelief
• forbid all that Islam has forbidden
• pray at scheduled times
• give Zakat
• obey Allah and his Messenger.

In Al-Baqarah 245, we find this list of attributes:

• obey Allah with full submission
• fear his punishment
• believe in his promise

• and in his warnings

What do believers do ? In Surah An-Nisa’ 74 we find a convenient list of actions:

• sell this life for the hereafter
• fight in the cause of Allah

What did Allah command the believers to do? Fight disbelievers!!!

• So do not become weak (against your enemy), nor be sad, and you will be superior (in victory) if you are indeed (true) believers.

Unfortunately, Allah–who does not wish to play anymore, since we have discovered his play book–decides what a Muslim is. Thus, his decision is what I and most now informed go by in grasping what a Muslim in.

The charge of stereotyping is inane. Read a dog book, the dog is called a dog because that is what he is.

Is that stereotyping? No, that is calling a dog a dog.

Read Islamic History and those spoken of in those books who have uttered the shahada, accepted the duty to defend Muhammad and his religion; in the Islamic Sacred text, those individuals are called Muslims.

Throughout those same text, the people who have embraced Islam and uttered “la ilaha illallah wa anna Muhammadan rasulullah” (there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is Allah’s Messenger), then proceed on, as all Muslims are obligated to, in doing the killing, the raiding, the conquering, and the praying, the supporting and defending of the ummah, they are called Muslims.

Why? Because that is what they are.

That is why, when I refer to those who call themselves Muslims, I call them Muslims–that is what they are, keepers of the tenets of Islam. Followers of the way, the tradition, the example, the sunnah of Muhammad.

Here’s a few of those basic traditions:

To make the Heart Tender (Ar-Riqaq)

Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah’s Apostle said, “Allah said, ‘I will declare war against him who shows hostility to a pious worshipper of Mine.

Jihad (Kitab Al-Jihad)

Dawud :: Book 14 : Hadith 2526

Narrated Anas ibn Malik:

The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: Three things are the roots of faith: to refrain from (killing) a person who utters, “There is no god but Allah” and not to declare him unbeliever whatever sin he commits, and not to excommunicate him from Islam for his any action; and jihad will be performed continuously since the day Allah sent me as a prophet until the day the last member of my community will fight with the Dajjal (Antichrist).

Funerals (Al-Janaa’iz)

Bukhari :: Book 2 :: Volume 23 :: Hadith 483

Narrated Abu Huraira:

When Allah’s Apostle died and Abu Bakr became the caliph some Arabs renegade (reverted to disbelief) (Abu Bakr decided to declare war against them), ‘Umar, said to Abu Bakr, “How can you fight with these people although Allah’s Apostle said, ‘I have been ordered (by Allah) to fight the people till they say: “None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, and whoever said it then he will save his life and property from me except on trespassing the law (rights and conditions for which he will be punished justly), and his accounts will be with Allah.’

” Abu Bakr said, “By Allah! I will fight those who differentiate between the prayer and the Zakat as Zakat is the compulsory right to be taken from the property (according to Allah’s orders) By Allah!

If they refuse to pay me even a she-kid which they used to pay at the time of Allah’s Apostle . I would fight with them for withholding it” Then ‘Umar said, “By Allah, it was nothing, but Allah opened Abu Bakr’s chest towards the decision (to fight) and I came to know that his decision was right.”

Laws of Inheritance (Al-Faraa’id)

Bukhari :: Book 8 :: Volume 80 :: Hadith 747

Narrated ‘Ali:

We have no Book to recite except the Book of Allah (Qur’an) and this paper. Then ‘Ali took out the paper, and behold ! There was written in it, legal verdicts about the retaliation for wounds, the ages of the camels (to be paid as Zakat or as blood money). In it was also written: ‘Medina is a sanctuary from Air (mountain) to Thaur (mountain). So whoever innovates in it an heresy (something new in religion) or commits a crime in it or gives shelter to such an innovator, will incur the curse of Allah, the angels and all the people, and none of his compulsory or optional good deeds will be accepted on the Day of Resurrection. . . . . And the asylum granted by any Muslim is to be secured by all the Muslims, even if it is granted by one of the lowest social status among them; and whoever betrays a Muslim, in this respect will incur the curse of Allah, the angels, and all the people, and none of his Compulsory or optional good deeds will be accepted on the Day of Resurrection.”

Jihad (Kitab Al-Jihad)

Dawud :: Book 14 : Hadith 2497

Narrated AbuUmamah:

The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: He who does not join the warlike expedition (jihad), or equip, or looks well after a warrior’s family when he is away, will be smitten by Allah with a sudden calamity. Yazid ibn Abdu Rabbihi said in his tradition: ‘before the Day of Resurrection”.

Hence, we know, when Allah, via Muhammad, added this into the Qur’an, we know, the two were serious: “Oh you who believe! Fear Allah. . . . If you do not, take notice of war from Allah and his Messenger.” Al-Baqarah: 278-9)

All Muslims are ordered to imitate Muhammad and his rightly guided companions. That is basic Islam. Embracing Islam is the only thing that makes one a Muslim, as being born a canine, makes one just that.

To state calling a Muslims a Muslim is oversimplifying is equal to stating it is oversimplifying to call a Poodle a Poodle–something, obviously, only the simple minded do.

If they refuse to pay me even a she-kid which they used to pay at the time of Allah’s Apostle . I would fight with them for withholding it” Then ‘Umar said, “By Allah, it was nothing, but Allah opened Abu Bakr’s chest towards the decision (to fight) and I came to know that his decision was right.”

Narrated ‘Ali:

We have no Book to recite except the Book of Allah (Qur’an) and this paper. Then ‘Ali took out the paper, and behold ! There was written in it, legal verdicts about the retaliation for wounds, the ages of the camels (to be paid as Zakat or as blood money). In it was also written: ‘Medina is a sanctuary from Air (mountain) to Thaur (mountain). So whoever innovates in it an heresy (something new in religion) or commits a crime in it or gives shelter to such an innovator, will incur the curse of Allah, the angels and all the people, and none of his compulsory or optional good deeds will be accepted on the Day of Resurrection. . . . . And the asylum granted by any Muslim is to be secured by all the Muslims, even if it is granted by one of the lowest social status among them; and whoever betrays a Muslim, in this respect will incur the curse of Allah, the angels, and all the people, and none of his Compulsory or optional good deeds will be accepted on the Day of Resurrection.”

Jihad (Kitab Al-Jihad)

Narrated AbuUmamah:

The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: He who does not join the warlike expedition (jihad), or equip, or looks well after a warrior’s family when he is away, will be smitten by Allah with a sudden calamity. Yazid ibn Abdu Rabbihi said in his tradition: ‘before the Day of Resurrection”.

Hence, we know, when Allah, via Muhammad, added this into the Qur’an, we know, the two were serious: “Oh you who believe! Fear Allah. . . . If you do not, take notice of war from Allah and his Messenger.” Al-Baqarah: 278-9)

All Muslims are ordered to imitate Muhammad and his rightly guided companions. That is basic Islam. Embracing Islam is the only thing that makes one a Muslim, as being born a canine, makes one just that.

To state calling a Muslims a Muslim is oversimplifying is equal to stating it is oversimplifying to call a Poodle a Poodle–something, obviously, only the simple minded do.
