Why Free Speech & Why Not

I received an email titled “Properly Understanding The Times – Part 2” from Act! for America. If you haven’t joined yet, you can read the article by clicking the title above.

In the article, Guy Rodgers points out the risk inherent in tolerating relatively minor impositions against liberty. Islam’s demand for censorship though national & international imposition of its blasphemy law is one such imposition which threatens our freedom of expression. He illustrates his point with mention of an Austrian M.P. recently prosecuted & convicted of “hate speech” and the pending prosecution of Geert Wilders, Dutch M.P. He shows us that the issue is not novel, with a censorship anecdote more than 200 years old.

Rodgers follows up by reproducing Andrew Bostom’s article: “Wilders’ Defense of Free Speech“. Dr. Bostom goes into some detail concerning the accuracy of Wilders’ citation of the Qur’an.

The Organization of the Islamic Conference is pressing for censorship in the U.N. and its append ant bodies. Recent resolutions by the General Assembly & Human Rights Council demand global imposition of Islam’s blasphemy laws. That demand is echoed in the Durban II Draft Document.

What consequences would ensue from criminalizing criticism of Nazism before and during the Second World War or Communism at the peak of the Cold War? Accurately identifying and characterizing our enemy is vitally necessary to preparing and executing defense against aggression.

In a representative republic, the electors need to be free to hold open and honest discussion of all facets of current officials, aspirants to high office and their legislative programs. The Democrat Party seeks, through re-imposition of the ‘fairness doctrine’, ‘ownership diversity’ and ‘community advisory boards’ to intimidate broadcasters so that Conservative talk radio hosts will be silenced.

In an article entitled “Why Freedom of Speech?” Baron Bodissey reminds me of a statement by President Barack Hussein Obama in his first international television interview.

Quoted, from msnbc out of context, emphasis added.

Now, my job is to communicate the fact that the United States has a stake in the well-being of the Muslim world, that the language we use has to be a language of respect. I have Muslim members of my family. I have lived in Muslim countries.

The largest one, Indonesia. And so what I want to communicate is the fact that in all my travels throughout the Muslim world, what I’ve come to understand is that regardless of your faith — and America is a country of Muslims, Jews, Christians, non-believers — regardless of your faith, people all have certain common hopes and common dreams.

And my job is to communicate to the American people that the Muslim world is filled with extraordinary people who simply want to live their lives and see their children live better lives.

The highlighted expression indicates to this writer that President Obama is in sympathy with the OIC campaign of censorship. It raises severe doubts concerning his supposed withdrawal from the preparations for the U.N. Racism Conference because objections to proposed censorship were cited as one reason for pulling out. The remainder of the excerpt would give the impression that Islam is, as President George W. Bush described it, a ‘religion of peace’. In actual fact, it is a war cult. By reading the U.N. resolutions linked above, you can discover how the O.I.C. couches its demands in terms of ‘respect’ for sanctities and association of Islam with terrorism & violence. Those are acts of apostasy, punishable by death, prescribed in this statement.

British Member of Parliament Hazel Blears spoke to the London School of Economics, making several idiotic statements. At the conclusion of her remarks, she said this.

And if we are to change minds and win this debate, it will not be through restricting our engagement to a select few, but through bringing in new voices: not through concealing what we believe in, but through making our arguments confidently: and not through acquiescing with those with whom we disagree, but through being robust in our challenge to them.

M.P. Blears probably won’t see my comments, and surely would not welcome them. While I agree with much of what she said, I find these expressions of idiotic ignorance too egregious to let pass without condemnation.

Barack Obama used his Inaugural Address in February to tell the world:

“Our nation is at war, against a far-reaching network of violence and hatred.”

So what is this ‘far-reaching network of violence and hatred’?

It is rooted in a shifting mosaic of international groupings, with their origins in the struggle of the mujahedeen against the Soviets in Afghanistan, in the refugee camps and some madrassas on the Afghan-Pakistan border, in Algeria’s political unrest of the 1980s and 1990s, and in the war in Iraq.

Islamic Jihad, with its tactics of genocide & terrorism, flows directly from Islam’s canon of scripture, tradition & jurisprudence. None of the major schools of Shari’ah rejects the Jihad imperatives found in Surah Al-Anfal & At-Taubah. The congruent pattern of speech & conduct formed by Moe’s recitation & sunnah is reflected in Shari’ah. Let doubters & dissenters turn first to the two surahs above named, next to Riyad us-Saliheen Book 11, Chapter 234: Obligation of Jihad and finally to Umdat as-Salik Book O, Chapter 9.

There is the obvious danger that we say ‘Islamism’ but people hear ‘Islam’ or ‘Islamic’, especially as the word translates poorly into other languages such as Arabic. Even in English, where the two words are distinct, many people lack the political literacy to distinguish between a political ideology dubbed by some as Islamism and Islam itself. There are plenty of people, for example the far right in this country, or Geert Wilders’ outfit in Holland, who would wish to conflate the two in order to stir up race hate.

Islam is not a race, it is a war cult which has enslaved members of several races. Arabs, Asians,Blacks, and Europeans became Muslims at sword point. Many of their descendants remain Muslim out of tradition and filial piety; they have known nothing else and would be dispossessed, tortured and killed as required by Islamic law if they abandoned Islam. Moe’s abominable creation is classified as a Deen, way of life, which encompasses all human activity. It conflates the spiritual & temporal. It prescribes certain duties which must be performed; Jihad: the military conquest of the world, is one of them.

A second trap is that to talk of ‘Islamism’ suggests there is a unified, single movement. But there is no more a unified Islamism than there is a single socialism, or a single conservatism, or a single liberalism.

While maintenance of perfect uniformity is nearly impossible, Islam has a standard, which was set by Moe in his recitation and exemplified in his sunnah for all Muslims to obey and emulate. Which schismatic group rejects and denies the Qur’an? What Allah said about Jihad, terror & genocide is law. What did he say about them? Unless you read the Qur’an,. you will have no clue. To complete the pattern which forms Shari’ah, you must know what Moe said and did about them, from his sunnah.

For example, Al-Qaeda is in conflict with the Muslim Brotherhood over fundamental questions such as the nature of the state, and the duty of the individual to fight the perceived enemies of Islam.

Does the ignorant speaker know her head from her butt? For certain she does not know that Al-Qaeda is a branch of Al-Ikhwan Al-Islamiyya. Has she read the writings of Hasan Al-Banna or Abdullah Azzam? Has she read the Charter of Hamas, which includes the Al-Ikhwan’s motto? No, instead she pontificates from atop the pedestal of ignorance.

A third trap is to assume that all Islamists are terrorists. Some groups specifically oppose violence but have religious views which are very conservative and can conflict with other values we share in society.

It is not possible to be a Muslim and oppose violence & terrorism, both of which are intrinsic sacraments of Islam. Such opponents are branded hypocrites by Islam’s demon and founder; accursed, to be fought and ushered into Hell along with us Kuffar. Islam is all or nothing; you can not pick and choose.

A belief in the supremacy of the Muslim people, in a divine duty to bring the world under the control of hegemonic Islam, in the establishment of a theocratic Caliphate, and in the undemocratic imposition of theocratic law on whole societies: these are the defining and common characteristics of the disparate strands of this ideology here and around the world.

The items in that list flow directly from Allah’s word, as recited by Moe and codified in the Qur’an; exemplified by his sunnah. They are standard Islam, not exceptional ism.

You can’t ignore the facts that this ideology is rooted in a twisted reading of Islam. The academics, scholars and imams I meet to discuss these issues tell me that the message of Islam is one of peace; and the followers of Islam I meet oppose the single narrative promulgated by Al-Qaeda, and certainly oppose violence. Indeed, the vast majority are proud of their faith and their nationality, see no conflict or contradiction between being British and being Muslim, and are an integral part of the economic, cultural and social life of their neighbourhood and the country, giving the lie to the ideas of division and difference that lie at the heart of extremist ideology.

Your facts are fallacies! Allah’s commands are contained in clear verses whose meanings are obvious. You do not know this because you have not read 3:7; nor have you read Ibn Kathir’s Tafsir of 3:7.
The message of Islam is one of peace: the peace pertaining after the violent conquest of the entire world! “Fight them until”, “fight those who”,”strive hard and fight with your lives…””made a great slaughter”, “killed and wounded many of them”. Hell yes, a religion of peace indeed. The ignorant fool has not read the Qur’an. Ibn Kathir’s Tafsir will make it easy for you; it presents the ayat, their translations and the hadith which exemplify them all in one compact text. Read them and understand the truth.

• The Command to strike the Enemies’ Necks, tighten Their Bonds, and then free Them either by an Act of Grace or for a Ransom
• The Order to fight until there is no more Fitnah
• Allah gives Victory to the Believing Group
• Permission to fight; this is the first Ayah of Jihad
• The Order for Jihad against the Disbelievers, the Closest, then the Farthest Areas
• The Order to fight to eradicate Shirk and Kufr
• The Order to fight People of the Scriptures until They give the Jizyah
• The Order for Jihad against the Disbelievers and Hypocrites
• The Good News that Muslims will conquer the Known World, and ultimately the Entire World
• The Good News that Muslims will Dominate the People of the Book
• The Good News that Islam shall prevail

This is what Islam truly means in practice for the vast majority: a personal and spiritual faith matched by a sense of social responsibility, motivating people to do good for their neighbourhood and community.

The vast majority of Muslims know little of Islam beyond what they have been told by the Imam or Mullah. One recent survey reported that only 13% of Muslims have read the Qur’an.

With groups which call for or support terrorist acts there is no room whatsoever for debate, only vociferous opposition.

There is one such group: Islam. Have you read 3:151, 8:12, 8:60, 33:26-27, 59:2 and 59:13? Why not? Here is your chance, click the links and read them. Because you have not read the hadith, you did not know that Moe was a terrorist. He did not just preach it, he practiced it. Read them and curse Islam!

In line with its Islamist ideology, the Palestinian Authority in Gaza has enacted a new law adopting the traditional Muslim criminal code. Penalties include amputation and crucifixion, as well as the death penalty for negotiations contrary to Hamas’s interpretation of “Palestinian interests”.

According to a report on the new law appearing Wednesday on the Al-Arabiya website, as translated by Palestinian Media Watch, the Palestinian Legislative Council approved a bill “to implement Koranic punishments.” The Arabic website, the online arm of the popular Al-Arabiya satellite news outlet, refers to the London-based Saudi-owned newspaper Al-Hayat, which said the decision to implement shari’a (Islamic law) was “seen as unprecedented,” and that it has “brought criticism and concern from human rights organizations in the Gaza Strip.”

The criminal code adopted by the PA includes such punishments as lashes, amputation of thieves’ hands, crucifixion, approval of blood revenge, and execution. According to the Arabic press, the law stipulates that only the victim of a crime can pardon opt to forgo the “Koranic penalties”.

Among the crimes punished with lashes, and that have no specific “victim” who can pardon the offender, are the consumption, owning or producing of wine. According to the new PA law such an individual “will be punished with 40 lashes if he is Muslim, and anyone who drinks wine, or angers another person [with wine], or causes him distress when drinking wine in a public place, or goes to a public place while drunk, will be punished with no less than 40 lashes and imprisonment for the minimum of three months.”

Touching on the political aspect of the Hamas ideology, the new law reportedly includes the death penalty for anyone who “raised a weapon against Palestine on behalf of the enemy during war, was appointed to negotiate with a foreign government on a Palestinian issue and negotiated against Palestinians’ interest, performed a hostile action against a foreign country in a way that endangers Palestine in war or in harming political relations, served a foreign army in time of war, advised or helped soldiers to enlist in this army, weakened the spirit or the force of resistance of the people, or spied against Palestine especially during war.”

If in fact passed, as reported in the Arabic press, the new law only puts into practice what was stated succinctly by a PA legislator – Hamed Bitawi of the Hamas organization – just after Hamas won the January 2006 PA elections in a sweeping victory: “The Koran is our constitution, Mohammad is our prophet, jihad is our path and dying as martyrs for the sake of Allah is our biggest wish.” His statement was answered with a standing ovation and calls of “Allahu Akbar“.

It also bears noting that the Palestinian Authority Constitution as it was adopted under the PLO’s Yasser Arafat and led by Fatah also declares, “The principles of Islamic shari’a are a major source for legislation.”

What fun! I guess that Gaza will now be out as a destination for Spring Breakers. No liquor, no rock and roll music and women who look like this:

Not a very fun place to spend spring break.

On the other hand we will now see a surge in Honor Killing. It has been made legal to kill your mother, sister, daughter, aunt, etc… if she has destroyed your honor. And the execution method of crucifixion might boost tourism. It will be a great thing to watch on Hamas television the executions of gays, lesbians, and other undesirables if you cannot attend them in person. Or watch the whipping of those who take a beer or two for enjoyment. The stoning of adulterous women should be a great ratings boost and let us not forget the weekly amputations of hands of the thieves.

And while this is happening do you believe for one instance that the MSM will report on it? Or that gay and lesbian groups will take to the streets around the world to protest the murder of their brothers and sisters? Or women’s groups demanding justice for the women of Gaza from the tyranny of Shar’ia?

You won’t hear anything of the sort. What you will hear from all these groups is the condemnation of Israel for so-called Human Rights Violations and the praise of Hamas.

What fun! I guess that Gaza will now be out as a destination for Spring Breakers. No liquor, no rock and roll music and women who look like this:

Not a very fun place to spend spring break.

On the other hand we will now see a surge in Honor Killing. It has been made legal to kill your mother, sister, daughter, aunt, etc… if she has destroyed your honor. And the execution method of crucifixion might boost tourism. It will be a great thing to watch on Hamas television the executions of gays, lesbians, and other undesirables if you cannot attend them in person. Or watch the whipping of those who take a beer or two for enjoyment. The stoning of adulterous women should be a great ratings boost and let us not forget the weekly amputations of hands of the thieves.

And while this is happening do you believe for one instance that the MSM will report on it? Or that gay and lesbian groups will take to the streets around the world to protest the murder of their brothers and sisters? Or women’s groups demanding justice for the women of Gaza from the tyranny of Shar’ia?

You won’t hear anything of the sort. What you will hear from all these groups is the condemnation of Israel for so-called Human Rights Violations and the praise of Hamas.

A seven-minute video titled “For Every Pharaoh [sic] There Is a Musa,” uploaded to YouTube on December 7, 2008, shows two groups of protesters in Islamic garb – one in a park holding signs, and one marching, with police protection, on a residential city street. Both groups are led by speakers with megaphones; the one in the park focuses on Abu Hamza Al-Masri, the Egyptian-born former imam of London’s Finsbury Park Mosque who is currently serving a prison sentence in London,(1) and the marchers focus on the oppression of Chinese Muslims.(2) The location in both cases appears to be London.

The video was uploaded by “londondawa,” self-described as “Brothers in londonistan carrying hisbah for the sake of Allah regarding abu hamza and oppressed Muslims in china.”

The video disappeared on December 10 around 1:45 EST. According to YouTube it was “removed by the user.”

The last section of the video features a man in Islamic garb being interviewed by a woman; on the screen is the caption “Abuizzadeen (Al-Ghurabaa Group).” The man says, “If we live in a society where Islam is not the ruling system, we need to work to change that… It means that if there’s a contradiction between Islamic law and the British law, the British law can go to hell.”

The video’s audio is augmented intermittently by a song in Arabic sung by male voices; this song was previously heard in “Al-Qaeda Media Broadcasting Company Al-Sahab’s Retrospective on the 5th Anniversary of the 9/11/2001: ‘The Manhattan Raid.”(3)

In his commentary he urges us, as taxpayer owners of AIG, to make our disapproval of AIG’s entanglement with Shariah known. We agree. Because of the government bailout of AIG we are all “shareholders” now.

AIG Defies U.S. Taxpayers by Promoting Sharia in America

For the third month in a row, AIG is in the news regarding its promotion of Sharia-compliant finance (SCF) products, which promote the Islamic supremacist, segregationist ideology of Sharia. For a company struggling with its financial survival, it remains astounding that AIG would want to incite its American taxpayer owners by promoting products that are based on an Islamic supremacist political ideology. In October 2008, I wrote how the U.S. government gave an $85 billion loan to AIG, without demanding divestment of its business ventures reselling Sharia mutual trusts and its AIG Takaful division selling Sharia-based insurance. In November 2008, I wrote about how the U.S. government purchased $40 billion in AIG stock, making you as a taxpayer, an owner of a company promoting Sharia through such businesses.

For two months, I have warned that AIG’s Takaful division was planning to expand to offer such AIG-specific Sharia products here in the United States. Now AIG has announced that it has Sharia-based insurance products for the United States, and AIG is promoting them.

On December 1, 2008, AIG announced that it was “introducing a Takaful Homeowners Policy, the first installment in Lexington Takaful Solutions, a series of Shari’ah-compliant (Takaful) product offerings in the U.S. The newly announced Takaful products are compliant with key Islamic finance tenets and based on the concept of mutual insurance.” Note that AIG indicates that such Sharia insurance products are the “first installment” in a series of Sharia products. In the AIG press release, AIG Takaful’s Abdallah Kubursi expresses his pride in AIG’s ability to promote Sharia within the United States, stating “This is truly a global effort on the part of AIG.”

This is our company, using our taxpayer dollars, to promote Islamic supremacist Sharia-based products in our country. As we are $40 billion owners in AIG, this is our problem as Americans. What is our government and AIG going to do about this?

First, let’s remember what Sharia is and is not.

Sharia is a legal codification of the political ideology of Islamic supremacism. This Sharia legal codification is intended to enforce discriminatory and segregationist practices against women and non-Muslims and to suppress the liberties of those living in Islamic theocracies. As a legal codification of a supremacist ideology, Sharia is incompatible with democratic values and the inalienable human right that “all men are created equal.” In 2001, nearly two months before the 9/11 attacks, the European Court of Human Rights determined that Sharia law was incompatible with democracy and human rights. The President of the European Court of Human Rights stated that “the Court found that sharia was incompatible with the fundamental principles of democracy as set forth in the Convention… Principles such as pluralism in the political sphere or the constant evolution of public freedoms have no place in it. According to the Court, it was difficult to declare one’s respect for democracy and human rights while at the same time supporting a regime based on sharia…”. Even British courts have ruled that Sharia is “discriminatory.”

In a nation such as the United States, based on the inalienable human rights of equality and liberty, why would American taxpayers seek to fund a business selling products that promote a discriminatory, segregationist, and supremacist ideology that is “incompatible with democracy and human rights”?

Sharia is not merely “cultural beliefs,” “religious beliefs,” or “social preference.” In the AIG press release, AIG’s Abdallah Kubursi would have Americans believe that the goal of promoting such Sharia products is to expand “social preference.” But America has rejected those who would label supremacist values as “social preference,” just as they rejected white supremacists who once called for racial segregation and discrimination. America’s society, businesses, government, and law rejects supremacist ideologies. Just ask President-Elect Barack Obama.

This is the same Sharia ideology that has been used by the Islamic supremacist Taliban to murder those who they believe have committed moral crimes, the same Sharia ideology that was used to murder a 13 year old girl last month who was raped in Somalia, and the same Sharia ideology supported by the Taliban, Al Qaeda, and Islamic supremacists around the world. It is the same Sharia ideology whose zakat charities have been used to fund jihadist terrorist organizations. On September 18, 2008, Congressman Tom Tancredo’s office introduced “Jihad Prevention Act” (H.R. 6975). According to the press release from his office on this bill, “the legislation would make the advocacy of Sharia law by radical Muslims already in the United States a deportable offense.”

But now American taxpayer dollars are being used to promote products based on Sharia?

In fairness to AIG, there are many who do not understand the political Islamic supremacist nature of Sharia.

Stop Sharia Now (FAQ item 17) provides a quote regarding an “Islamic Finance conference” in New York City where an attendee asked the meaning of Sharia. One of AIG’s Sharia advisors, Sheik Nizam Yaquby, ambiguously responded by stating that “Shariah is the path on which we walk, the water which we drink.” Those of us who are aware that Sharia is a legal codification for all aspects of Islamic supremacist life grasp what Yaquby was trying to communicate; certainly none of the supremacist aspects of Sharia was communicated by Yaquby. It is then reported that “Not one person in the room followed up with a question. The group went back to looking at flowcharts and graphs.” So it should be little surprise that few people involved with Sharia finance products actually understand the ramifications of promoting Islamic supremacist Sharia.

To give AIG an opportunity to respond to this, I called the individual listed on AIG’s press release for its Sharia Takaful Homeowners Policy, Jim Crain, and talked to him about the AIG product. My impression is that AIG’s Jim Crain is a businessman, and I got the distinct feeling that he was uncomfortable with being named as the AIG point of contact on a product with political connotations. I told AIG’s Jim Crain about the online petition signed by over 100 individuals calling for the Federal Reserve Board and the Department of Treasury to call for AIG to divest itself of its Sharia businesses. I also told AIG’s Jim Crain about how the Islamic supremacist Taliban and other groups are seeking to promote Sharia.

AIG’s Jim Crain told me that he had no comment on AIG’s Sharia product linkage to the Islamic supremacist Sharia ideology, but stated that with “this business venture” it was not AIG’s intent “to enter into the political arena at all.” Jim Crain stated that he did understand that Sharia is viewed as a political ideology, and commented “that is becoming more apparent as the days go on.” (I would conclude from this that I was not the first person who has called Jim Crain about this.) He stated that “it is entirely possible” that the public is going to think that AIG is taking a political position that is pro-Sharia. Jim Crain concluded our discussion by stating “I am going to pass your concerns on to our senior management and legal.”

Now it is your turn. American taxpayers own $40 billion worth of AIG stock. This is your company and your responsibility to contact AIG about both its Sharia finance businesses and its efforts now to promote Sharia-based insurance in the United States.

Let AIG’s Jim Crain know that the calls he has gotten thus far complaining about AIG’s Sharia based business is the tip of the iceberg. Let him know precisely what you think of it as a shareholder in AIG, and ask Jim Crain to make certain that his senior management also is aware of your concerns as well.

AIG Defies U.S. Taxpayers by Promoting Sharia in America

For the third month in a row, AIG is in the news regarding its promotion of Sharia-compliant finance (SCF) products, which promote the Islamic supremacist, segregationist ideology of Sharia. For a company struggling with its financial survival, it remains astounding that AIG would want to incite its American taxpayer owners by promoting products that are based on an Islamic supremacist political ideology. In October 2008, I wrote how the U.S. government gave an $85 billion loan to AIG, without demanding divestment of its business ventures reselling Sharia mutual trusts and its AIG Takaful division selling Sharia-based insurance. In November 2008, I wrote about how the U.S. government purchased $40 billion in AIG stock, making you as a taxpayer, an owner of a company promoting Sharia through such businesses.

For two months, I have warned that AIG’s Takaful division was planning to expand to offer such AIG-specific Sharia products here in the United States. Now AIG has announced that it has Sharia-based insurance products for the United States, and AIG is promoting them.

On December 1, 2008, AIG announced that it was “introducing a Takaful Homeowners Policy, the first installment in Lexington Takaful Solutions, a series of Shari’ah-compliant (Takaful) product offerings in the U.S. The newly announced Takaful products are compliant with key Islamic finance tenets and based on the concept of mutual insurance.” Note that AIG indicates that such Sharia insurance products are the “first installment” in a series of Sharia products. In the AIG press release, AIG Takaful’s Abdallah Kubursi expresses his pride in AIG’s ability to promote Sharia within the United States, stating “This is truly a global effort on the part of AIG.”

This is our company, using our taxpayer dollars, to promote Islamic supremacist Sharia-based products in our country. As we are $40 billion owners in AIG, this is our problem as Americans. What is our government and AIG going to do about this?

First, let’s remember what Sharia is and is not.

Sharia is a legal codification of the political ideology of Islamic supremacism. This Sharia legal codification is intended to enforce discriminatory and segregationist practices against women and non-Muslims and to suppress the liberties of those living in Islamic theocracies. As a legal codification of a supremacist ideology, Sharia is incompatible with democratic values and the inalienable human right that “all men are created equal.” In 2001, nearly two months before the 9/11 attacks, the European Court of Human Rights determined that Sharia law was incompatible with democracy and human rights. The President of the European Court of Human Rights stated that “the Court found that sharia was incompatible with the fundamental principles of democracy as set forth in the Convention… Principles such as pluralism in the political sphere or the constant evolution of public freedoms have no place in it. According to the Court, it was difficult to declare one’s respect for democracy and human rights while at the same time supporting a regime based on sharia…”. Even British courts have ruled that Sharia is “discriminatory.”

In a nation such as the United States, based on the inalienable human rights of equality and liberty, why would American taxpayers seek to fund a business selling products that promote a discriminatory, segregationist, and supremacist ideology that is “incompatible with democracy and human rights”?

Sharia is not merely “cultural beliefs,” “religious beliefs,” or “social preference.” In the AIG press release, AIG’s Abdallah Kubursi would have Americans believe that the goal of promoting such Sharia products is to expand “social preference.” But America has rejected those who would label supremacist values as “social preference,” just as they rejected white supremacists who once called for racial segregation and discrimination. America’s society, businesses, government, and law rejects supremacist ideologies. Just ask President-Elect Barack Obama.

This is the same Sharia ideology that has been used by the Islamic supremacist Taliban to murder those who they believe have committed moral crimes, the same Sharia ideology that was used to murder a 13 year old girl last month who was raped in Somalia, and the same Sharia ideology supported by the Taliban, Al Qaeda, and Islamic supremacists around the world. It is the same Sharia ideology whose zakat charities have been used to fund jihadist terrorist organizations. On September 18, 2008, Congressman Tom Tancredo’s office introduced “Jihad Prevention Act” (H.R. 6975). According to the press release from his office on this bill, “the legislation would make the advocacy of Sharia law by radical Muslims already in the United States a deportable offense.”

But now American taxpayer dollars are being used to promote products based on Sharia?

In fairness to AIG, there are many who do not understand the political Islamic supremacist nature of Sharia.

Stop Sharia Now (FAQ item 17) provides a quote regarding an “Islamic Finance conference” in New York City where an attendee asked the meaning of Sharia. One of AIG’s Sharia advisors, Sheik Nizam Yaquby, ambiguously responded by stating that “Shariah is the path on which we walk, the water which we drink.” Those of us who are aware that Sharia is a legal codification for all aspects of Islamic supremacist life grasp what Yaquby was trying to communicate; certainly none of the supremacist aspects of Sharia was communicated by Yaquby. It is then reported that “Not one person in the room followed up with a question. The group went back to looking at flowcharts and graphs.” So it should be little surprise that few people involved with Sharia finance products actually understand the ramifications of promoting Islamic supremacist Sharia.

To give AIG an opportunity to respond to this, I called the individual listed on AIG’s press release for its Sharia Takaful Homeowners Policy, Jim Crain, and talked to him about the AIG product. My impression is that AIG’s Jim Crain is a businessman, and I got the distinct feeling that he was uncomfortable with being named as the AIG point of contact on a product with political connotations. I told AIG’s Jim Crain about the online petition signed by over 100 individuals calling for the Federal Reserve Board and the Department of Treasury to call for AIG to divest itself of its Sharia businesses. I also told AIG’s Jim Crain about how the Islamic supremacist Taliban and other groups are seeking to promote Sharia.

AIG’s Jim Crain told me that he had no comment on AIG’s Sharia product linkage to the Islamic supremacist Sharia ideology, but stated that with “this business venture” it was not AIG’s intent “to enter into the political arena at all.” Jim Crain stated that he did understand that Sharia is viewed as a political ideology, and commented “that is becoming more apparent as the days go on.” (I would conclude from this that I was not the first person who has called Jim Crain about this.) He stated that “it is entirely possible” that the public is going to think that AIG is taking a political position that is pro-Sharia. Jim Crain concluded our discussion by stating “I am going to pass your concerns on to our senior management and legal.”

Now it is your turn. American taxpayers own $40 billion worth of AIG stock. This is your company and your responsibility to contact AIG about both its Sharia finance businesses and its efforts now to promote Sharia-based insurance in the United States.

Let AIG’s Jim Crain know that the calls he has gotten thus far complaining about AIG’s Sharia based business is the tip of the iceberg. Terrorism: Islamic Sacrament

Two pending United Nations resolutions share a common deception with previous resolutions and common dogma. Lets examine them closely. [Bold red font added for clarity.]

How frequently is the association between Islam and rights violations & terrorism made? Is there an acceptable threshold of frequency, or is any single suggestion of association unacceptable to the UN morality police? Could they perhaps be persuaded to list & enumerated the offensive statements that cause them deep concern?

The deep concern expressed is that Islam is “Wrongly associated” with rights violations & terrorism. The unstated premise is that Islam neither violates human rights nor engages in terrorism. We must examine that premise in the light of truth.

As to those women on whose part you see illconduct, admonish them (first), (next), refuse to share their beds, (and last) beat them (lightly, if it is useful), but if they return to obedience, seek not against them means (of annoyance). Surely, Allah is Ever Most High, Most Great.

• Indeed, Allah ordered the wife to obey her husband and prohibited her from disobeying him, because of the enormity of his rights and all that he does for her. [Dealing with the Wife’s Ill-Conduct]

4:11. Allah commands you as regards your children’s (inheritance); to the male, a portion equal to that of two females;

• Allah commands that both males and females take a share in the inheritance, although the portion of the males is twice as much as that of the females. There is a distinction because men need money to spend on their dependants, commercial transactions, work and fulfillling their obligations. Consequently, men get twice the portion of the inheritance that females get. [Males Get Two Times the Share of Females for Inheritance]

2:282. …And if there are not two men (available), then a man and two women, such as you agree for witnesses, so that if one of them (two women) errs, the other can remind her…

And had the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) believed, it would have been better for them; among them are some who have faith, but most of them are Al-Fsiqûn (disobedient to Allah – and rebellious against Allh’s Command).

Shariah: Reliance of the Traveller, Book O (Justice) {rules of Dhimmitude}.

• O11.5.2 are distinguished from Muslims in dress, wearing a wide cloth belt (zunnar);
• O11.5.4 must keep to the side of the street;
• O11.5.6 are forbidden to openly display wine or pork, (A: to ring church bells or display crosses,) recite the Torah or Evangel aloud, or make public display of their funerals and feastdays;
• O11.5.7 and are forbidden to build new churches

The authors of the resolutions assert that Islam is wrongly associated with human rights violations; implying that Islam is innocent of violating human rights. I haveproved that Islam is a human rights violator.

I used used quotations from Islam’s canon of scripture to prove the fact that Islam considers women to be chattle property, tilth for men to plow. It allocates to them half the inheritance a male receives and their testimony is weighted as half that of a male.

8:12. (Remember) when your Lord inspired the angels, “Verily, I am with you, so keep firm those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes.”

• I will cast fear, disgrace and humiliation over those who defied My command and denied My Messenger [Allah commands the Angels to fight and support the Believers]

33:26. And those of the people of the Scripture who backed them (the disbelievers) Allah brought them down from their forts and cast terror into their hearts, (so that) a group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives.

• (and cast terror into their hearts;) means fear, because they had supported the idolators in their war against the Messenger of Allah and the one who knows is not like the one who does not know. [The Campaign against Banu Qurayzah]

59:2. He it is Who drove out the disbelievers among the people of the Scripture (i.e. the Jews of the tribe of Bani An-Nadir) from their homes at the first gathering. You did not think that they would get out. And they thought that their fortresses would defend them from Allah! But Allah’s (Torment) reached them from a place whereof they expected it not, and He cast terror into their hearts, so that they destroyed their own dwellings with their own hands and the hands of the believers. Then take admonition, O you with eyes (to see).

• (and He cast terror into their hearts) means, Allah cast fear, terror and fright in their hearts, and why would that not happen to them He who was given victory, by Allah frightening his enemies the distance of a month, laid siege to them. [The Reason behind the Battle of Bani An-Nadir]

59:13. Verily, you (believers in the Oneness of Allah – Islamic Monotheism) are more awful as a fear in their (Jews of Bani An-Nadir) breasts than Allah. That is because they are a people who comprehend not (the Majesty and Power of Allah).

• (Verily, you are more fearful in their breasts than Allah.) meaning, the hypocrites fear you more than they fear Allah, as He says; (Behold! a section of them fear men as they fear Allah or even more.)(4:77) [The False Promise of Support the Hypocrites gave to the Jews]

Allah made me victorious by awe, (by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one month’s journey. [Bukhari 1.7.331]

I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy), [Bukhari 4.52.220]

The authors of the resolutions assert that Islam is wrongly associated/equated with terrorism, implying that Islam is innocent of it.

I have displayed to you ayat which show beyond doubt that Allah sanctified and Moe engaged in terrorizing his intended victims. One of them, 59:2, ends with a warning to future victims. Another ayeh has a similar theme.

8:57. So if you gain the mastery over them in war, punish them severely in order to disperse those who are behind them, so that they may learn a lesson.

It is clear, on the face of Islam’s canon of scripture that terrorism is an intrinsic sacramental tactic of Islam. I have also displayed quotes from two hadith in which Moe braggs about being made victorious by terror. That is the clincher.

Beat them to death so that others will see and be scared defenceless. I have been made victorious by terror. But, no, Islam has no association with terrorism. Let the authors of the resolutions come forth and offer relevant, verifiable evidence to substantiate their assertion. If they shall quote the Qur’an, let them make first ascertain that their ayat have not been abrogated by latter recitations.

What is the big deal; the cause of deep concern ? Why shouldn’t Islam be associated with or equated with terrorism?

If Muslims have a right to practice Islam then we have no rights. This is because:

1. Allah commands Muslims to fight pagans & atheists until only Allah is worshiped in the entire world. This commandment is contained in 8:38–39. This commandment is confirmed by Ibn Kathir in the following tafsir; its title is dispositive. The Order to fight to eradicate Shirk and Kufr
2. Allah commands Muslims to fight ‘people of the book’ until we are subjugated and pay extortion. This commandment is contained in 9:29. This commandment is confirmed by Ibn Kathir in the following tafsir: its title is dispositive. The Order to fight People of the Scriptures until They give the Jizyah
3. In confirming those two commands, Moe declared that our blood and property are not sacred to Muslims until we become Muslims by submitting to Allah. “I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.’ And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah.“[Bukhari 1.8.387]
4. The relationship between Allah and the Ummah al Islamiyaa is that of master:slave. This fact is made clear in 9:111. Verily, Allah has purchased of the believers their lives and their properties; for the price that theirs shall be the Paradise. They fight in Allh’s Cause, so they kill (others) and are killed. It is a promise in truth which is binding on Him in the Taurt (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel) and the Qur’n. And who is truer to his covenant than Allah? Then rejoice in the bargain which you have concluded. That is the supreme success .
5. The compact with Satan is confirmed in Surah As-Saff. 61:10-13 tell Muslims of a commerce that will save them from Hellfire and assurre their admission to Paradise. That commerce is Jihad: holy fighting in Allah’s cause.
6. Only Allah has the right to be worshipped. 3:2. Allah! La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), the Ever Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists.
7. Jihad, genocide and terrorism are intrinsic Islamic sacraments; part of the regular practice of Islam. Jihad is defined in Shariah and prescribed as an annual practice.

(O: Jihad means to war against non-Muslims, and is etymologically derived from the word mujahada signifying warfare to establish the religion….

O9.1 As for subsequent times, there are two possible states in respect to non-Muslims.

The first is when they are in their own countries, in which case jihad (def: o9.8) is a communal obligation, and this is what our author is speaking of when he says, “Jihad is a communal obligation,” meaning upon the Muslims each year.

The caliph fights all other peoples until they become Muslim (O: because they are not a people with a Book, nor honored as such, and are not permitted to settle with paying the poll tax (jizya) ) (n: though according to the Hanafi school, peoples of all other religions, even idol worshippers, are permitted to live under the protection of the Islamic state if they either become Muslim or agree to pay the poll tax, the sole exceptions to which are apostates from Islam and idol worshippers who are Arabs, neither of whom has any choice but becoming Muslim (al-Hidaya sharh Bidaya al-mubtadi’ (y21), 6.48-49) ).

So long as Islam is practiced, human rights are violated and we have neither peace nor security.

UN Defamation of Religions Res. Revised

The Defamation of Religion resolution has been amended to make it less unpalatable to lovers of life & liberty. I have, as usual, quoted extensively from the amended draft, provided a link to it, and interspersed comments and vital evidence.

Background: precedents

Recalling the relevant international instruments on the elimination of discrimination, in particular the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination,[1] the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights,[2] the Declaration on the Elimination of All Forms of Intolerance and of Discrimination Based on Religion or Belief,[3] the Declaration on the Human Rights of Individuals Who are not Nationals of the Country in which They Live[4] and the Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities,[5]

Perhaps they should recall the fact that Islam does not recognize the UDHR because it includes minority rights and the right to change religious affiliation. While so doing, they should also recall the imposition of dhimmitude through the Pact of Umar, which is reflected in Shariah [Reliance of the Traveller Book O11] . The UN, at 60, is showing signs of senile dementia.

Reaffirming that all human rights are universal, indivisible, interdependent and interrelated,

• Unstated postulate: ‘Muslims have a right to be shielded from offense’.
• Unstated corolary: ‘Kuffar have an obligation to avoid offending Muslims’.

They are setting up a false premise: ‘truths which Muslims find offensive must be suppressed because expression leads to violence’.

Recalling the relevant resolutions of the Commission on Human Rights and the Human Rights Council in this regard,

Resolutions which demanded censorship based upon the above referenced false premise.

Welcoming the resolve expressed in the United Nations Millennium Declaration adopted by the General Assembly on 8 September 2000[6] to take measures to eliminate the increasing acts of racism and xenophobia in many societies and to promote greater harmony and tolerance in all societies, and looking forward to its effective implementation at all levels,

Underlining in this regard the importance of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action adopted by the World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance, held in Durban, South Africa, in 2001,[7] welcoming the progress achieved in implementing them, and emphasizing that they constitute a solid foundation for the elimination of all scourges and manifestations of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance,

Conflating criticism of Islam with racism while practicing antisemitism, the rankest hypocrisy.

Expressing concern at the increase in racist violence and xenophobic ideas in many parts of the world, in political circles, in the sphere of public opinion and in society at large, as a result, inter alia, of the resurgence of activities of political parties and associations established on the basis of racist, xenophobic and ideological superiority platforms and charters, and the persistent use of those platforms and charters to promote or incite racist ideologies,

The Qur’an & hadith are the ultimate platforms of ideological supremacism. Allah’s word must be made superior. He who fights to make Allah’s word superior fights in Allah’s cause. Muslims are the best of peoples, as they bring us with chains on our necks until we embrace Islam. The idea that we have God given rights upon which Islam tramples is not racism!

Deeply alarmed at the rising trends towards discrimination based on religion or belief, including in some national policies, laws and administrative measures that stigmatize groups of people belonging to certain religions and beliefs under a variety of pretexts relating to security and illegal immigration, thereby legitimizing discrimination against them, and consequently impairing their enjoyment of the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion, and impeding their ability to observe, practice and manifest their religion freely and without fear of coercion, violence or reprisal,

Those are code words expressing contempt for our efforts to suppress acts of terrorism. They perform what they bitterly bitch about. Jews are not allowed to enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Christians are not allowed to practice Christianity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia nor are they allowed to enter with scriptures or symbols of Christianity. Christians in Egypt are not allowed to build or maintain churches. Who will read Chapter 11 of Book O of Reliance of the Traveller, referenced above? Who will relate it to the present case?

Noting with deep concern the serious instances of intolerance, discrimination and acts of violence based on religion or belief, intimidation and coercion motivated by extremism, religious or otherwise, occurring in many parts of the world, in addition to the negative projection of certain religions in the media and the introduction and enforcement of laws and administrative measures that specifically discriminate against and target persons with certain ethnic and religious backgrounds, particularly Muslim minorities following the events of 11 September 2001, and that threaten to impede their full enjoyment of human rights and fundamental freedoms,

Totally ignoring the fact that the violence coincides with and issues from Kutbah delivered at Juma Salat. Muslims leave the Mosque Friday afternoon to riot and murder, incited by their Imams & Mullahs who exhort them to obey Allah and his Messenger. The Danish Cartoons did not cause violence, Islamic doctrines preached in the Mosques incited violence.

Stressing also the need to effectively combat defamation of all religions, and incitement to religious hatred in general,

The need is imaginary. There is no need to combat defamation of religions. The intent is to shield Islam from truthful criticism; to allow it to make war against us without resistance and to infiltrate & subvert us demographically so that we may be led, dumb like sheep, to the slaughter. For this purpose they seek to strip us of our right of free expression.

Reaffirming that discrimination on the grounds of religion or belief constitutes a violation of human rights and a disavowal of the principles of the Charter of the United Nations,

Arrogant assertion of a divine mandate to conquer & subjugate the entire world, resulting in a 1400 year long campaign of genocidal conquest is not grounds for discrimination? The UN is master of moral inversion.

Noting with concern that defamation of religions, and incitement to religious hatred in general, could lead to social disharmony and violations of human rights, and alarmed at the inaction of some States to combat this burgeoning trend and the resulting discriminatory practices against adherents of certain religions,

Are they concerned about the untimely & unnecessary deaths of 90,000,000 Hindus? Are they concerned about the untimely & unnecessary deaths of 1,500,000 Armenians? No, they don’t give a damn about violation of the right to life, only violation of the sacred right to conquer the entire world.

Taking note of the reports of the Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance submitted to the Human Rights Council at its fourth and sixth sessions,[8] which draw attention to the serious nature of the defamation of all religions, and reiterating the call of the Special Rapporteur to all States to wage a systematic campaign against incitement to racial and religious hatred by maintaining a careful balance between the defence of secularism and respect for freedom of religion and by acknowledging and respecting the complementarity of all the freedoms embodied in internationally agreed human rights instruments, including the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights,²

Welcoming all international and regional initiatives aimed at promoting cross-cultural and interfaith harmony, including the international dialogue on interfaith cooperation, and the World Conference on Dialogue, held in Madrid from 16 to 18 July 2008, and their valuable efforts towards the promotion of a culture of peace and dialogue at all levels

King Abdullah’s Madrid conference was not about dialogue, like all Muslim deceptions, it was about monologue: Embrace Islam and you will be safe. I revealed details in several blog posts, listed below. At that conference, the King demanded the same legislation demanded by this resolution.

Expressions of concern:

Expresses deep concern at the negative stereotyping of religions and manifestations of intolerance and discrimination in matters of religion or belief still evident in the world;

They are only concerned about revelation of the truth about Islam. Islam’s canon of scripture exudes intolerance & negative stereotyping. The UN does not give a damn about that.

3. Strongly deplores all acts of psychological and physical violence and assaults, and incitement thereto, against persons on the basis of their religion or belief, and such acts directed against their businesses, properties, cultural centres and places of worship, as well as targeting of holy sites and religious symbols of all religions;

Then why don’t they condemn the Qur’an, which sanctifies & mandates genocidal conquest & casting terror?

4. Expresses deep concern at the programmes and agendas pursued by extremist organizations and groups aimed at creating and perpetuating stereotypes about certain religions, in particular when condoned by Governments;

Make no mistake; they are bitching about a few European (and one American) political parties with anti-Jihad platforms. They are bitching about UAC, Act for America, CVF and similar organizations which seek to warn us about the existential threat posed by Islam’s genocidal agenda of conquest.

5. Notes with deep concern the intensification of the overall campaign of defamation of religions, and incitement to religious hatred in general, including the ethnic and religious profiling of Muslim minorities in the aftermath of the tragic events of 11 September 2001;

But they don’t give a damn about Allah’s intolerance, denigration of Jews & Christians or declaration of perpetual war. Those matters concern them not at all because the UN shares that agenda.

6. Recognizes that, in the context of the fight against terrorism, defamation of religions, and incitement to religious hatred in general, become aggravating factors that contribute to the denial of fundamental rights and freedoms of members of target groups, as well as their economic and social exclusion;

There is no end to the hypocrisy practiced by Islam and its pawn, the UN.

7. Expresses deep concern in this respect that Islam is frequently and wrongly associated with human rights violations and terrorism;

This G’d lie comes from the lips of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights in a 2005 report and is frequently repeated.

    • When an adult male is taken captive, the caliph (def: o25) considers the interests (O: of Islam and the Muslims) and decides between the prisoner’s death, slavery, release without paying anything, or ransoming himself in exchange for money or for a Muslim captive held by the enemy.   • But Allah’s (Torment) reached them from a place whereof they expected it not, and He cast terror into their hearts, [59:2.]
  • Verily, you (believers in the Oneness of Allah – Islamic Monotheism) are more awful as a fear in their (Jews of Bani An-Nadir) breasts than Allah. [59:13.]
  • Allah made me victorious by awe, (by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one month’s journey.[Bukhari 1.7.331]
  • “I have been sent with the shortest expressions bearing the widest meanings, and I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy) [Bukhari 4.52.220]

Islam and its Dhimmis at the UN have no respect for truth. They lie; they conceal material facts, and they seek to prevent us from exposing their lies.

Demands Action:

8. Reiterates the commitment of all States to the implementation, in an integrated manner, of the United Nations Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy, which was adopted without a vote by the General Assembly on 8 September 2006[12] and reaffirmed by the Assembly in its resolution 62/272 of 5 September 2008, and which clearly confirms, inter alia, that terrorism cannot and should not be associated with any religion, nationality, civilization or ethnic group, stressing the need to reinforce the international community’s commitment to promote a culture of peace, justice and human development, ethnic, national and religious tolerance, and respect for all religions, religious values, beliefs or cultures and prevent the defamation of religions;

• terrorism cannot and should not be associated with any religion

Why the Hell not? Who associated Islam with terrorism? What did Allah say about it? What did Moe say about it? How was Moe made victorious?

Hypocrisy is like a dead carp on the riverbank under a full moon: it stinks and it shines. Am I the only one who can smell it? Am I the only one who can see it ? The stated objectives can only be achieved by eliminating Islam from the earth because Islam is inimical to all of them.

9. Deplores the use of the print, audio-visual and electronic media, including the Internet, and any other means to incite acts of violence, xenophobia or related intolerance and discrimination against any religion, as well as targeting of religious symbols;

Every time Muslims gather in the Mosque to pray, they recite Surah Al-Fatihah including:.

• 1:6. Guide us to the Straight Way1:7. The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of those who earned Your Anger (such as the Jews), nor of those who went astray (such as the Christians).
• But, help us to avoid the path of those whom Allah is angry with, whose intentions are corrupt, who know the truth, yet deviate from it. Also, help us avoid the path of those who were led astray, who lost the true knowledge and, as a result, are wandering in misguidance, unable to find the correct path. Allah asserted that the two paths He described here are both misguided when He repeated the negation `not’. These two paths are the paths of the Christians and Jews, a fact that the believer should beware of so that he avoids them. The path of the believers is knowledge of the truth and abiding by it. In comparison, the Jews abandoned practicing the religion, while the Christians lost the true knowledge. This is why `anger’ descended upon the Jews, while being described as `led astray’ is more appropriate of the Christians. Those who know, but avoid implementing the truth, deserve the anger, unlike those who are ignorant. The Christians want to seek the true knowledge, but are unable to find it because they did not seek it from its proper resources.This is why they were led astray. We should also mention that both the Christians and the Jews have earned the anger and are led astray, but the anger is one of the attributes more particular of the Jews. Allah said about the Jews, (Those (Jews) who incurred the curse of Allah and His wrath) (5:60).

  The attribute that the Christians deserve most is that of being led astray, just as Allah said about them, (Who went astray before and who misled many, and strayed (themselves) from the right path) (5:77). [The Faithful ask for and abide by Guidance]

10. Emphasizes that, as stipulated in international human rights law, everyone has the right to hold opinions without interference, and has the right to freedom of expression, the exercise of which carries with it special duties and responsibilities and may therefore be subject to limitations as are provided for by law and are necessary for respect of the rights or reputations of others, protection of national security or of public order, public health or morals;

Who ordained the right not to be found out & exposed and where is it codified? We reveal that which is contained in Islam’s canon of scripture, tradition & jurisprudence.

But we must not speak or write of such matters; it impugnes Moe’s reputation as the greatest and best of men and offends Muslims.

Islam’s intent; its Hellbent dedication to conquering & subjugating the entire world is a matter of national security. If we can not discuss Islam, its doctrines and practices, we can not defend ourselves effectively. That is the whole idea; to disarm us and leave us defenseless before Islam’s casting of terror.

11. Reaffirms that general recommendation XV (42) of the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination,[13] in which the Committee stipulated that the prohibition of the dissemination of all ideas based upon racial superiority or hatred is compatible with freedom of opinion and expression, is equally applicable to the question of incitement to religious hatred;

They conflate objecting to being terrorized, conquered, enslaved & raped with racism. They poison our language with deception. The Qur’an is incitement to war as well as hatred, yet there is no mention of it in the resolutions seeking to outlaw criticism of Islam. Their hypocrisy stinks and shines like a dead carp under a full moon.

12. Welcomes the work undertaken by the Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance and the Special Rapporteur on the promotion and protection of the right to freedom of opinion and expression in accordance with their mandates defined by the Human Rights Council in its resolutions 7/34 and 7/36 of 28 March 2008;[14]

The referenced resolution contains the same snake feces as and is a model for the present resolution. Details are contained in one of the blog posts in the list below.

13. Strongly condemns all manifestations and acts of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance against national or ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities and migrants and the stereotypes often applied to them, including on the basis of religion or belief, and urges all States to apply and, where applicable, reinforce existing laws when such xenophobic or intolerant acts, manifestations or expressions occur, in order to eradicate impunity for those who commit xenophobic and racist acts;

Like they condemn the oppression of Copts in Egypt and the genocide in Darfur; like they punish the guilty in those cases? Yeah, right.

14. Reaffirms the obligation of all States to enact the necessary legislation to prohibit the advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence, and encourages States, in their follow-up to the World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance,⁷ to include aspects relating to national or ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities in their national plans of action and, in this context, to take forms of multiple discrimination against minorities fully into account;

• obligation of all States to enact the necessary legislation to prohibit the advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence

What document contains religious hatred & imperative incitement to violence equal to that in the Qur’an, as previously cited above? Allah command perpetual war against Jews & Christians in 9:29 and curses them in 9:30. Allah commands warfare against Kuffar, local first, then those at a greater distance in 9:123. Moe declared that he was ordered to fight the people until they embrace Islam. He declared open season on us. Who gives a damn? Certainly not the UN. If they gave a damn, they’d be resolving to eliminate Moe’s Murder Cult from the face of the earth. Instead, they seek to disarm us so that we can not defend against it.

The preaching & propagation of Islam: Allah’s demonic mandate to conquer and subjugate the entire world through genocide & casting terror is what should be prohibited by law. Instead, they demand that it be shielded from exposure.

15. Invites all States to put into practice the provisions of the Declaration on the Elimination of All Forms of Intolerance and of Discrimination Based on Religion or Belief;³

16. Urges all States to provide, within their respective legal and constitutional systems, adequate protection against acts of hatred, discrimination, intimidation and coercion resulting from defamation of religions, and incitement to religious hatred in general, to take all possible measures to promote tolerance and respect for all religions and beliefs and the understanding of their value systems and to complement legal systems with intellectual and moral strategies to combat religious hatred and intolerance;

There is only one intellectual & moral strategy to combat religious hatred, intolerance & violence: exposing Muslims to the awful truth about Allah & his Messenger; their demonic commands & conduct; so that in shame and embarrassment the Muslims will apostatize, curse Islam and convert to a more beneficent religion.

17. Also urges all States to ensure that all public officials, including members of law enforcement bodies, the military, civil servants and educators, in the course of their official duties, respect people regardless of their different religions and beliefs and do not discriminate against persons on the grounds of their religion or belief, and that any necessary and appropriate education or training is provided;

18. Underscores the need to combat defamation of religions, and incitement to religious hatred in general, by strategizing and harmonizing actions at the local, national, regional and international levels through education and awareness-raising, and urges all States to ensure equal access to education for all, in law and in practice, including access to free primary education for all children, both girls and boys, and access for adults to lifelong learning and education based on respect for human rights, diversity and tolerance, without discrimination of any kind, and to refrain from any legal or other measures leading to racial segregation in access to schooling;

They exchange indoctrination for education; outlawing genuine education, which would expose students to Islam’s damnable doctrines which are enshrined in the Qur’an, exemplified in Moe’s Sunnah & codified in Shariah.

19. Calls upon all States to exert the utmost efforts, in accordance with their national legislation and in conformity with international human rights and humanitarian law, to ensure that religious places, sites, shrines and symbols are fully respected and protected, and to take additional measures in cases where they are vulnerable to desecration or destruction;

Reliance O11.10.5 stipulates that a Dhimmi’s treaty of protection is abrogated, and he may be killed if he:

mentions something impermissible about Allah, the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace), or Islam.

This resolution seeks to impose Islam’s blasphemy law upon us, criminalizing any and all criticism of Islam.

20. Calls upon the international community to foster a global Dialogue to promote a culture of tolerance and peace at all levels, based on respect for human rights and diversity of religion and belief, and urges States, non-governmental organizations, religious leaders and bodies and the print and electronic media to support and foster such a Dialogue;

Only monologue is possible with Islam; it takes, it does not give. Moe said “Embrace Islam and you will be safe.” Moe said “Peace be upon him who follows the guidance.” If you do not embrace Islam; if you do not follow the Qur’an you will be attacked by Muslims! Their ‘common word’ is a demand for surrender and submission, not an offer of Dialogue. There is no common ground beyond monotheism.

Moe sent an extortion letter to the Jews at the Khaibar Oasis. He subsequently invaded them. Those who have intelligence and are willing to read can learn from history. The rest are doomed to repeat it.

21. Affirms that the Human Rights Council shall promote universal respect for all religious and cultural values and address instances of intolerance, discrimination and incitement of hatred against members of any community or adherents of any religion, as well as the means to consolidate international efforts in order to combat impunity for such deplorable acts;

Jihad, holy fighting in Allah’s cause, is a religious value; the highest value in Islam.

The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) stated in one hadith, “The head of its matter is Islam and its pillar is the Salah and its highest peak is the Jihad.”

Genocide is a religious value, essential to earning admission to Paradise.

8:67. It is not for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war (and free them with ransom) until he had made a great slaughter (among his enemies) in the land. You desire the good of this world (i.e. the money of ransom for freeing the captives), but Allah desires (for you) the Hereafter. And Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

Allah knew that Moe was after booty & ransom and plainly stated that fact “You desire the good of this world”. But Allah desired to get Moe into Paradise, “Allah desires (for you) the Hereafter” and set making a great slaughter as a prerequisite: “until he had made a great slaughter“.

Religious values must be respected. The HRC shall promote universal respect for all religious values.
