I received a Google news alert about a story, “Islam As a Mental Illness,” so I clicked on the story. That brought me to Blogger News Network. Apparently a “site editor” removed the article. No explanation was given.

I did another Google Blog search and found the link to the story which was posted by The Gathering Storm on Monday, January 01, 2007.

Here’s a short excerpt:

We Bloggers are naturally concerned about censorship on the Internet and the growing threat by Islamofascists to censor the media. Let us decide for ourselves if the article is or is not offensive.
